4. Cancel at any time: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. No minimum term beyond it.

Do I have to pay right away?

No. You can use Teach & Grow for free to set up your academy and prepare everything. You need a paid subscription to publish. Billing starts on activation, regardless of your course sales.

What exactly am I buying?

You are buying a software subscription (SaaS access) to Teach & Grow. It provides the technical infrastructure to host, deliver and automatically sell your online courses. It is not coaching, a course or an intermediary service.

How many courses can I publish?

Base allows up to three published courses at once; Pro allows up to ten. Drafts do not count, so you can prepare unlimited courses. Archiving a course frees up its place. Contact us if you need more.

Can I add more products and courses?

Yes. Add courses, extend content or create additional offers at any time within your plan’s published course limit (three for Base, ten for Pro). Sales and payments continue to run automatically through your payment provider, such as Digistore24.

Is there a student limit?

No. Every plan includes unlimited students. There are no additional platform fees per student, so your course can grow without increasing your plan price.

What if I do not have a Digistore24 account?

You can use Teach & Grow for free and prepare everything. You only need a Digistore24 account when you want to sell, and you can create one for free at any time.

What happens after a refund or withdrawal?

Your payment provider handles refunds. Once a refund or chargeback is reported to us, we automatically revoke course access, so you do not have to do it yourself.

How does billing work?

Billing runs through Digistore24. Choose monthly or annual billing at checkout. Base costs 29 € monthly or 240 € annually; Pro costs 79 € monthly or 790 € annually, excluding VAT.

Are there hidden costs?

Base and Pro prices are clearly listed, excluding VAT. Your payment provider, such as Digistore24, charges additional fees when you sell courses.

Prices exclude VAT, which is calculated at checkout. Your payment provider, such as Digistore24, may also charge fees.

Where is the platform hosted and what about privacy?

The platform is hosted in the EU and built with GDPR requirements in mind. It helps you operate your courses with attention to data protection.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancel your subscription through Digistore24 at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

How do I cancel a subscription (Digistore24)?

If you purchased through Digistore24, cancel directly through Digistore24. You can manage and end your subscription there.
