You can get started faster without spending time on technology, hosting and complicated tools. Build your academy, publish content and automate sales. The platform is designed to be simple for you and reliable for your students.

No. You can use Teach & Grow for free to set up your academy and prepare everything. You need a paid subscription to publish. Billing starts on activation, regardless of your course sales.

Base costs 29 € per month and Pro costs 79 € per month, excluding VAT. Annual billing costs 240 € for Base or 790 € for Pro. This saves 108 € or 158 € compared with twelve monthly payments. See the pricing page for details.

You are buying a software subscription (SaaS access) to Teach & Grow. It provides the technical infrastructure to host, deliver and automatically sell your online courses. It is not coaching, a course or an intermediary service.

No. You create courses and content without coding. We can help if you need support.

Enter your email address to receive a one-time sign-in link. Open it to sign in automatically, without a password. The link expires shortly and can only be used once. Request a new one if it has expired.

Yes. Invite other people to your academy and give them a role: Owner, Admin, Editor or Member. For example, someone can manage content without access to billing and settings.

Yes. Create as many draft courses as you like and work on them in parallel. Your plan determines how many you can publish at once: three with Base or ten with Pro.

Base allows up to three published courses at once; Pro allows up to ten. Drafts do not count, so you can prepare unlimited courses. Archiving a course frees up its place. Contact us if you need more.

Yes. Add courses, extend content or create additional offers at any time within your plan’s published course limit (three for Base, ten for Pro). Sales and payments continue to run automatically through your payment provider, such as Digistore24.

No. Every plan includes unlimited students. There are no additional platform fees per student, so your course can grow without increasing your plan price.

Create lessons with text, video, downloads such as PDFs, and exercises. Structure your course flexibly and combine different content formats.

Videos stream inside your academy. You do not need to manage the technology, player or optimization.

Upload downloads and materials up to 50 MB per file and course images up to 5 MB. Videos have no fixed limit because they are delivered through streaming. Contact us about especially large files or media libraries so we can find a solution.

Yes. Release your whole course immediately or unlock content gradually: a set number of days after purchase, weekly, or on a fixed date. You can also manually give individual students earlier access.

Yes. Organize students into groups and release content per group so everyone moves through the course together. Add events with meeting links, such as Zoom, and separate materials for each group.

Yes. Mark a course as free so students can access it without payment, for example as a free resource or introductory course.

Yes. Private courses are not publicly displayed in the student dashboard. Enrolled students can still see them, depending on the course status.

Yes. Progress is saved for each lesson so students can return to the right place later.

Yes. Create and publish an FAQ for each course so students can find answers to common questions directly in the academy.

Yes. Keep courses as drafts, publish them or archive them. Your offer stays organized, even if you want to reactivate content later.

There is currently no automatic course content import from other platforms. You create lessons and materials again here. You can import existing buyers from Digistore24 using a CSV file so they retain access. Contact us about a larger migration; we offer personal support.

Connect your payment provider. After a purchase, students automatically receive access to your academy.

Yes. A matching sales page is created automatically for each course and you can customize it. AI can suggest copy, and you can test two variants to see which converts better.

Yes. View analytics for your academy and each course, including enrollments over time, student lists and sales page performance. You can also add your own tracking snippets.

You can use Teach & Grow for free and prepare everything. You only need a Digistore24 account when you want to sell, and you can create one for free at any time.

Your payment provider supplies the payment methods. With Digistore24, you configure what to offer in your account. Teach & Grow automatically grants access after confirmed payment, regardless of the payment method.

Your payment provider handles refunds. Once a refund or chargeback is reported to us, we automatically revoke course access, so you do not have to do it yourself.

Billing runs through Digistore24. Choose monthly or annual billing at checkout. Base costs 29 € monthly or 240 € annually; Pro costs 79 € monthly or 790 € annually, excluding VAT.

Base and Pro prices are clearly listed, excluding VAT. Your payment provider, such as Digistore24, charges additional fees when you sell courses.

Prices exclude VAT, which is calculated at checkout. Your payment provider, such as Digistore24, may also charge fees.

Yes. Customize your academy with a cover image, logo, colors and theme to match your brand.

Yes. Your academy runs on its own subdomain, giving students a clear, separate place for your content.

Yes, with Pro. Add your domain and a verification record at your domain provider. We set up the rest, including the HTTPS certificate. With Base, your academy runs on a Teach & Grow subdomain.

Yes. It is optimized for smartphones, tablets and desktops and runs directly in the browser. Students do not need to install anything.

The platform is hosted in the EU and built with GDPR requirements in mind. It helps you operate your courses with attention to data protection.

Let us know. Teach & Grow is developed in close collaboration with its creators, and many features exist because someone asked for them. Tell us what is missing and how you work. We will discuss it with you and tell you honestly whether and when we can implement it.

Live chat is usually fastest; we typically reply within a few minutes. Email support@teachandgrow.io for a response usually within one to two business days. If something blocks your operations, include “URGENT” so we can prioritize it.

Yes. Cancel your subscription through Digistore24 at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

If you purchased through Digistore24, cancel directly through Digistore24. You can manage and end your subscription there.

Export your data yourself at any time as a ZIP archive containing courses, lessons, exercises, FAQs, students, enrollments, progress and uploaded files. Videos are included as references only, not video files, so keep your originals. If you request account deletion, there is a transition period during which deletion can still be reversed.
